Below are step by step instructions to remove iLookup from your computer.
Note: This process is difficult and is not recommend unless you are an expert in this field. The manual process is also dangerous as the removal process requires you to access and edit sensitive files in the registry of your machine and run the risk of totally destroying your computer.

An important point to remember when removing iLookup is to delete all parts of the iLookup code. This is a must as iLookup will rebuild itself and will result in further spreading of the spyware parasite.

iLookup Description
iLookup is an Internet Explorer toolbar with search functions. iLookup may change your home page and redirect your search requests to its server. iLookup may also generate pop-up advertisements, some of which are pornographic.

I Lookup Removal Instructions

Open the 'Downloaded Program Files' folder in the Windows folder. Right-click the object called ' Bar' (Ineb and Abeb variants), ' Bar' (Gws and Chgrgs variants), ' Bar' (Sbus variant), ' Bar' (Drbr variant) or 'Search Bar' (Bmeb variant). Click 'Remove'.
Next, open a DOS command prompt window (Start->Programs->Accessories) and enter the following commands.

For the Ineb variant: Or for Gws: Or for Chgrgs:
cd "%WinDir%\System"
regsvr32 /u Ineb.dll cd "%WinDir%\System"
regsvr32 /u GWS.dll cd "%WinDir%\System"
regsvr32 /u Chgrgs.dll

Or for Abeb: Or for Bmeb: Or for Sbus:
cd "%WinDir%\System"
regsvr32 /u abeb.dll cd "%WinDir%\System"
regsvr32 /u bmeb.dll cd "%WinDir%\System"
regsvr32 /u sbus.dll

Or for Drbr:
cd "%WinDir%\System"
regsvr32 /u drbr.dll

Finally use Internet Options->Programs->Reset Web Settings to get the normal search sidebar back, reset your homepage, and delete the extra bookmarks added to the Favorites menu. If you like, you can also open the registry (Start->Run->regedit) and delete the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ineb to clean up.
