Below are step by step instructions to remove iSearchToolbar from your computer.
Note: This process is difficult and is not recommend unless you are an expert in this field. The manual process is also dangerous as the removal process requires you to access and edit sensitive files in the registry of your machine and run the risk of totally destroying your computer.

An important point to remember when removing iSearchToolbar is to delete all parts of the iSearchToolbar code. This is a must as iSearchToolbar will rebuild itself and will result in further spreading of the spyware parasite.

iSearch Toolbar is an Internet Explorer toolbar with search functions. iSearch toolbar may redirect your search requests through iSearch.com, and may also monitor your Internet activity.

Isearch Toolbar Removal Instructions

Before you can delete it, the DLL file must be deregistered. Open a DOS command prompt window (from Start->Programs->Accessories). Creates the following files: %Windir%\Unins000.exe (An uninstaller), %Windir%\Unins000.dat, %System%\Toolbar.dll (A Browser Helper Object detected as Spyware.ISearch), %System%\Version.txt. Notes: %System% is a variable that refers to the System folder. By default, this is C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me), C:\Winnt\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP). %Windir% is a variable that refers to the Windows installation folder. By default, this is C:\Windows (Windows 95/98/Me/XP) or C:\Winnt (Windows NT/2000).

Open the registry (Start->Run->regedit) and delete the following keys and values:

In the registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer modifies the values: "Btn_Search"="0x00000002", "NoDriveTypeAutoRun"="0x00000091", and "SpecifyDefaultButtons"="0x00000001".

Having successfully done this you should be able to delete the entire 'Isearch' folder in Program Files.
