IWantSearch.
Below are step by step instructions to remove IWantSearch from your computer.
Note: This process is difficult and is not recommend unless you are an expert in this field. The manual process is also dangerous as the removal process requires you to access and edit sensitive files in the registry of your machine and run the risk of totally destroying your computer.

An important point to remember when removing IWantSearch is to delete all parts of the IWantSearch code. This is a must as IWantSearch will rebuild itself and will result in further spreading of the spyware parasite.

IWantSearch Description
IWantSearch is an Internet Explorer toolbar that may redirect your search queries through its controlling server. IWantSearch may also download third-party software as part of an automatic update.

IWantSearch Removal Instructions

Before you can delete it, the DLL file must be deregistered.

Open a DOS command prompt window (from Start->Programs->Accessories) and enter the following commands: C:\Program Files\IntBar
undlg32.dll. Note: %ProgramFiles% is a variable that refers to the program files folder. By default, this is C:\Program Files.

Open the registry (click 'Start', choose 'Run' and enter 'regedit') and find the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\ToolBand.ToolBandObj.1

After the deregistration, use Internet Options->Programs->Reset Web Settings to get the normal search sidebar back, reset your homepage, and delete the extra bookmarks added to the Favorites menu. Having successfully done this you should be able to delete the entire 'IWantSearch' folder.
